Naturopathic doctors have doctor of naturopathic medicine degrees from regionally accredited schools and are required to pass licensing exams before practicing. Naturopathic doctors are also required to complete yearly continuing education requirements to remain in practice. Drs. Jacob and Haley Panka are naturopathic doctors who were trained as primary care physicians at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. They combine their knowledge in primary care with expertise in natural medicine to create integrative and personalized treatment plans for patients. You receive a personalized plan after each appointment that includes specific treatments or recommendations from your naturopathic doctor. Your personalized health plan often emphasizes targeted nutritional and lifestyle interventions. Your health plan may also include dietary supplements, botanical medicines, and homeopathy, as well as therapeutic movements, hydrotherapy, and mindfulness practices.

Naturopathic doctors in Minnesota are out-of-network providers with health insurance. Therefore, we cannot contract with health insurance plans and bill them for our services. However, we can provide you with the necessary information to seek reimbursement from your insurer. Please let us know if you would like a superbill for your appointment. Medicare and Medicaid do not reimburse services provided by naturopathic doctors in Minnesota.

Yes! We accept health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) cards as payment for services, labs, and supplements. HSA/FSA cards are accepted as payment for supplements sold at Panka Natural Health and through our online medicinary on Fullscript. This is no guarantee your HSA/FSA card is accepted for a particular charge by Panka Natural Health. If you run into any issues, the best thing to do is reach out to your card's bank or administrator to find out why. We can complete any required documentation as needed to help ensure you obtain coverage.
