Secure Messaging
Secure messaging with your doctor is included as part of your care — your secure, HIPAA-compliant channel for health communication. Use it to ask questions about your treatment plan, clarify your protocol, or check-in between visits, however long it's been since your last appointment. If a new or changing concern comes up, message us and we'll get you scheduled so your provider can evaluate it properly at a visit. And if a stretch of time goes by, your doctor may suggest a follow-up to keep your plan current — not because your support runs out, but because keeping your plan up to date is part of good care.
Messaging is for non-urgent questions about your current care. We reply during business hours, Monday through Friday, and aim to respond by the next business day. Our providers are not immediately available between visits. For an urgent but non-emergency issue, contact an urgent care clinic. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
